McCoy Family BBQ

It was an amazing evening of family time, good food matched with perfect Oregon evening weather (rare I know!).

For dinner Mother made a pot of delicious bbq roast beef for sandwiches, cole slaw, garlic french fries, Aunt Pam brought fresh lemon cucumbers from her garden. For dessert I made a peach cobbler that disappeared before I could get any photos of it. Seriously, it hadn't even finished cooling yet and people were diving into it.My Aunt and Uncle did a wonderful job hosting all of us, providing tasty drinks and a beautiful backyard/lake setting to complete the perfect family bbq.

Kids... what makes them happy one sec and then mad the the next... not even a mother knows!

  After eating Uncle Jim took us on a sunset boat cruise around the lake.
